Edward Sullivan founded ELS Environmental, LLC in 2017, which now operates as Green Bridge Environmental.

Professional Experience

Mr. Sullivan brings more than 35 years of environmental consulting experience, with deep technical expertise in complex site remediation projects.

He began his career working with a large international consulting firm supporting Fortune 500 companies at Superfund sites throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. His work focused on hydrogeology, contaminant fate and transport, groundwater modeling, and remediation strategy development.

Licensed Site Remediation Professional

Mr. Sullivan was among the first group of Licensed Site Remediation Professionals (LSRPs) licensed by the State of New Jersey in 2012.

Leadership Experience

Before forming ELS Environmental, Mr. Sullivan served as Director of Site Remediation and Vice President at two New Jersey environmental consulting firms, where he led multidisciplinary technical teams and managed complex remediation portfolios.

Litigation and Expert Testimony

Mr. Sullivan has served as an expert witness in more than 20 environmental litigation matters, providing opinions on contamination sources and remediation costs.

He has also been a frequent instructor and presenter at environmental training courses and professional conferences.
